Bluejays’ Offense shut out in 2-0 loss to Boone Tuesday night at Progressive Field.

The Toreadors scratched across one run in the first and second for the 2-0 win.

Walker Smith earned the win going seven strong innings, collecting four K’s, and giving up three hits.

Luke Adair made his debut on the mound in relief.  The 8th grader pitched three 2/3 striking out one and surrendering three hits while shutting out Boone.

The Bluejay manager, Michael Craig, was very happy with the pitching tonight. Now he’s just looking for the bats to wake up.

Geren Kenney continues his three game hit streak to begin the year. He had two of the three base knocks on Tuesday.

Perry falls to 0-3.  They travel to Stuart tonight to face West Central Valley at 7P.
