Trevor Templeton, age 29, 12492 135th St, Dawson, was arrested on a warrant for Failure To Appear.  The original charge was Operating While Under The Influence and Possession Of Controlled Substance.

John Cornelius, Perry, was driving on Hwy 141 at Wendover, when he moved over for another car next to him and clipped a dump truck, driven by Curtis Harrison, Des Moines, that was in the turn lane.  No injuries were reported and damage to the dump truck was estimated at $200.  Damage to Mr. Cornelius’ vehicle was estimated at $3000.  Both vehicles were able to be driven away.

May 30th

Chase Misner, age 29, 532 9th St, West Des Moines, was arrested on a warrant for Failure To Appear.  The original charge was Assault.

A criminal charge is merely an accusation, the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
