The first round of state begins today for the Dallas Center-Grimes Mustangs who play host to the Cedar Rapids Washington Warriors for the state quarterfinals. Kick off from Dallas Center-Grimes High School is set to begin at 7pm.

The Mustangs have ten seniors on this years varsity squad that can end their careers with yet another regional championship and journey to the state tournament. Seniors: Jaden Mendias, Landyn Buster, Miles Hoover, Steevensky Valeus, Zach Bruck, Jacob Hope, Drake Rzewnicki, Cael Nelmark, Miguel Randeld and Mateo Dzolota look to add another state title to their list of accomplishments.

The road towards the state championship begins today in the quarterfinals as the Mustangs play host to the Cedar Rapids Washington Warriors. State soccer quarterfinals action is set to begin from Dallas Center-Grimes High School at 7pm.
