Unit 1 2010 Black Mazda CX-9 Registered to Vargas, Maria Conception Unit 2 2015 Gray Nissan Sentra Reg to Ponce Reyes of 1719 Warford St.

Unit 1 was traveling EB on Warford St when attempting to park in in the 1700 blk of Warford St for a garage sale. Veh 1 pulled over to parked when she side swiped Veh 2 which was legally parked causing damage to passenger side of Veh 1 and Veh 2 drivers’ side bumper area. Minor damage to both vehicles.

Accident Reported in the 2100 blk of 16th St. Property Damage only.

Unit 1 2009 Gray Nissan Rogue Driven by 15 yoa male of Perry, IA. Approx damage $1400 Unit 2 Property damage at 2123 16th St owned by Adail, Cole. Mail box damage Approx $250 Unit 3 Property damage at 212 16th St owned by Hansen, Barbara Garden/Shrub Approx $100 Unit 1 had speeding SB through the 2100 blk of 16th St, hit a mailbox and drove into a yard. Driver was cited for Failure to Maintain Control.

June 1st

Property damage Accident reported in the 2300 blk of Willis Ave.

Unit 1 Whi 2004 Chev Suburban driven by Wilcox, Peggy of 12432 K Circle.

Unit 2 Silver 2007 Dodge Caliber owned by Devilbiss, Jean of 204 Lucinda St. Approx $500 damage. Unit 1 attempted to back out of parking space at the Perry Lutheran Home parking lot. Unit 1 looked but did not see if she had cleared unit 2 which was parked to the east of Unit 1. Unit 1 struck driver side rear wheel of unit 2, both sustained minor damages. No damage to unit 1. Unit 2 was not parked property in the parking space within the lines. No airbag deployment.

Domestic disturbance reported in the 1500 blk of 8th St. No arrests.

June 2nd

Arrest: Ruiz- Vargas, Giovanni Fernando Age 41 Adrý 1811 4th 5t. Charged with Driving While Barred and Driving while License Suspended

Report of Property Damage Accident in the 1800 blk of Lucinda St.

Unit 1 Blue 2024 Ford Bronco to Vargas, Angela Adr 15162 Hull Ave

Unit 2 Blue Honda Ridgeline to Leake, Daniel Kene-Anthony of 1309 11th St.

Unit was facing WB in the 1800 blk of Lucinda. Unit 1 was at the yield sign facing SB 9th St, there was another vehicle in front of unit 2 which was allowed to pass not seeing unit 2 following west bound. Unit 1 advised she pulled out and made Impact with the rear of unit 2. No injuries. No citations issued.

It should be noted that all suspects are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
