A new business in the Adel community will be joining the chamber of commerce with a ceremonial event this Thursday.
The chamber will be heading to Valtera Boutique, 710 Common Place Suite 400, for a ribbon cutting. Chamber President Erin Milroy tells Raccoon Valley Radio that the business will be selling athletic clothing for women. She acknowledges that she is happy to see Adel growing with new businesses who offer a variety of services.
“I think (it is) especially exciting to have them (Valtera Boutique) in that new location off of Highway 169. We’re going to see a lot of growth there, and excited for the summer. So, I think people will be excited to have some more local retail shops right within driving reach of where they’re staying in their backyard.”
Milroy says that Valtera Boutique Owner Rebecca Arellano will be handing out free gifts to the first 50 customers, as well as supplying snacks, beverages and a photo booth. The ribbon cutting is happening Thursday afternoon at 4:30pm and is open to the public.
