Eduardo Martinez, age 50, 807 5th St, Perry, was arrested on a warrant for Failure To Appear.  The original charge was Driving While License Denied, Suspended, Cancelled Or Revoked.

Jacob Nelson, De Soto, was driving on I80 near the 110 mile marker, when another vehicle, driven by an unknown person, collided with Mr. Nelson and then left the scene.  No injuries were reported and damage was estimated at $1500.

A criminal charge is merely an accusation, the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
