The Adel-DeSoto-Minburn Softball and Baseball Team lost a single Raccoon River Conference game versus Carlisle on Wednesday.

Tiger softball fell 8-6, while baseball was defeated 7-1. Individual statistics for ADM softball saw sophomore pitcher Makenna Pitlick throw three innings and acquired three strikeouts. Offensively, sophomore Kinzie Maxwell had 3 hits, including a double, then junior Lauren Hagedorn had her second home run of the season, scored twice in the game, and racked up 4 RBIs. 

For baseball, the Wildcats jumped on top with three runs in the bottom of the third inning for a 3-0 lead. ADM would score one in the top of the sixth inning, before Carlisle captured four in the bottom of the sixth for the convincing victory. Tigers softball falls to 4-3 overall (1-2 RRC), as the baseball team is now 3-7 (0-3 RRC). 

ADM baseball will have a makeup game today in Perry taking on the Bluejays at 7:30pm (with the game broadcast on KDLS 94.3/99.7 FM and AM 1310), while softball has their makeup game versus Norwalk tonight at 7pm.
