Graveside services for  Darwin Lowell Smith, 83, of Bayard, will be held at 4:00 P.M. on Monday, June 23, 2024 at the Highland Cemetery in rural Bayard, IA.

     Darwin is survived by his daughter Shannon Anderson (John) of Guthrie Center; son Joel Smith (Mary) of Bayard; four grandchildren: Chase Duncan of Grimes, Traci Gafford (Andrew) of Perry, Jordyn Smith (Melanie) of Guthrie Center, and Justyn Smith of Bayard; three great-grandchildren, Payton, Keeley, and Ruby; brother LaVerne Smith (Donna) of Carroll; and several nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
