Juliann Edsall, age 45, 604 N Oak Street, Creston, was arrested on a warrant for Violation Of Probation.

Gilberto Gonzalez Murillo, Minburn, was driving on 15000 block of N Ave, when he hit a deer.  No injuries were reported and damage was estimated at $5,000. 

A criminal charge is merely an accusation, the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
