Amber Heard dominated Perry for the second time this season as the Rams won 4-0 in Jefferson on Wednesday.

As heard last night on KG98.9, Perry mustered just two hits as Greene County took the lead with a two run second.  The Rams added two insurance runs in the fifth for the 4-0 victory.

Tina Kanealy and Taryn Nehring each had a single.

Kanealy suffered the loss.  The senior gave up four earned runs, nine hits, and two walks across six innings.

Amber Heard walked two, struck out four, and surrendered two hits in the win.  Across her two starts against Perry, the right hander collected 11 K’s, while giving up four hits, and zero earned runs.

The Jayettes fall to 3-5-1 (3-5).  Perry returns to action Friday night hosting West Marshall a game that will air on KDLS.
