
The Dallas County Board of Supervisors will meet in regular session tomorrow.
The board will hold a certificate presentation for the “I Voted Sticker Contest” winner Olin Jepsen, who had the best design in the inaugural competition under newly elected Dallas County Auditor Todd Halbur. Also, relating to the Auditor’s Office, the board will consider approving a user license agreement with Cott Systems.
Other items on the agenda seeking approval include a Secondary Roads Administration addition for air barrier observation and testing, plus Dallas County Emergency Medical Services design options and their budgets. For the Conservation Department, the board will consider approving a resolution to authorize Conservation Director Curt Cable to act as the power of attorney for the county to sign all arm Service Agency and Natural Resources conservation services documents pertaining to conservation land. More items on the agenda feature a resolution for tax credit services with Afton Geothermal and the per diem rates.
The board will also receive updates on the Lighted Bridge project on the Raccoon River Valley Trail in Adel and hear updates on several road projects with the Secondary Roads Department.
The meeting will be taking place inside the Board of Supervisors Meeting Room, 800 Court Street, in Adel tomorrow morning at 9am.
