PCM scored in five of seven inning en route to 11-2 victory over Perry Tuesday night at Progressive Field.

The Bluejays returned home on Tuesday to make up the original first game of the season against Prairie City-Monroe.  The make up game was also affected by rain as the start time was pushed up to beat the impending weather.  The Mustangs never trailed as they scored two in the opening frame.  Perry added their first run after a lead off double from Geren Kenney, who was brought in by a Mason Hayes single.

That’s the closest the game would ever be as PCM scored in the final four innings.  Perry was out hit 10-6.  Kenney had two of those hits.

Reid Iben took the loss.  Iben went five innings while giving up five runs, five hits, three walks, and struck out three.

Trenner Van Dyke went six strong innings for the victory.  He collected 10 K’s while scattering five hits and one run.

The Bluejays fall to 3-15 (3-8).

Weather permitting, Perry will host Roland-Story for a doubleheader today.  KDLS will broadcast the first game at 5:15P.
