4:27am: A deputy assisted with cattle out on North 11th Street near 220th Street.

5:31am: A deputy investigated a car deer accident on 280th Street near W Avenue. Timothy Twogood of Rippey struck a deer with a 2019 Mazda MZ3 causing an estimated 5,000 dollars in damage.

9:34am: A deputy assisted with a medical call in the 700 block of Wild Rose Drive, Jefferson.

10:36am: A deputy investigated a violation of a court order in the 500 block of East Main Street, Grand Junction.

11:47am: A deputy investigated a theft in the 800 block of High Street, Scranton.

2:26pm: A deputy assisted a motorist on 220th Street near T Avenue.

4:20pm: Robert Harvilicz 45 of Jefferson was booked into the jail for drug distribution violation, controlled substance violation, and possession of a controlled substance 2nd offense.

5:23pm: Deputies assisted with a medical call in the 1200 block of Orchard Avenue.

6:43pm: Greg Pendegraft 20 of Winterset was booked into the jail for sexual abuse in the 3rd degree and Grooming.

8:28pm: A deputy assisted with a resident that was locked out of their house in the 200 block of South 19th Street, Grand Junction.

9:55pm A deputy investigated an abandoned 911 call in the 200 block of South 8th Street, Grand Junction.

In all cases when a defendant has been charged, this is merely an accusation, and all defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
