Several athletes from the Adel-DeSoto-Minburn Girls Soccer Team are being recognized with many postseason honors, as senior Jada Grove leads the charge.

Grove finished her high school career with 100 goals, which is the most in ADM history, and scored the most goals in a single game with seven. She has received 1st Team Raccoon River Conference All-Conference Honors, as well as All-State, All-District, and Academic All-State by the Iowa Girls Coaches Association.

In addition, Grove was selected to the Iowa High School Soccer Coaches Association Class 2A All-State First Team and made the Class 2A All-Tournament Team. She is grateful to other coaches that recognize her dedication to the sport.

“All like the hard work paying off, and not only like I myself noticing the hard work, but also to be named that by the coaches of the other teams, it feels good to know that I’m making an impact out in the field and that people are also noticing that.”

Eight other Tiger players received RRC All-Conference Honors as senior Hannah Desmarais, junior Hayden Dennis, and freshman Rowan Crowell made 1st Team; senior Kennedy Sorber, junior Bella Hulscher, and freshman Ellsyn Livingston were named to 2nd Team; then senior Alayna Freeman and sophomore Abby Asche captured honorable mentions.

Also, Hulscher was selected to the IGCA All-District Team and Desmarais made the IGCA Academic All-State Team. ADM recently held their 2025 banquet as the Tigers completed the season with a 12-7-1 overall record (5-1-1 RRC), as they qualified for the Class 2A State Tournament, ultimately falling to Waverly-Shell Rock 3-1 in the semifinals on June 5th.
