The Economic Vitality Team with Jefferson Matters has spurred up the return of a unique opportunity for the public to explore local businesses.

Jefferson Matters Executive Director Matt Wetrich says the After Hours: Insider Event allows attendees to go behind the scenes of area businesses that are only for employees, management and other staff of a particular company. He tells Raccoon Valley Radio the first one of this year is at Wild Rose Casino and Resort coming up on Tuesday from 5:30-7pm. 

“You know you want to see this huge industrial kitchen that they prepare all the food for a wedding. I got a pre-tour a week or so ago and it is actually quite fascinating. You’ll get to see this big kitchen, you’ll get to see kind of behind the stage and where all the artists come in and all that good stuff. Also out on the casino floor, just some of the ways the inner workings of the casino. There’s a lot of cool stuff that happens.”
