Perry softball was rained out on Wednesday against Roland-Story.  The Jayettes won’t wait long to play again.

Perry welcomes Madrid tonight to the Perry Athletic Complex.  First pitch scheduled for 7P for Strikeout Cancer Night.  Following the game, the softball team will hand out signed posters.

The Jayettes enter the non-conference match up 3-6-1 while the Tigers are 5-11.

Karagyn Whelchel is leading the attack with a .364 average and Kalley Whelchel slightly less at .357.

Tina Kanealy will be tested by Mayzie Surratt, who is hitting .476.  Madrid is a young club as their top three hitters are an 8th grader or freshman.

First pitch is scheduled for 7P at the Perry Athletic Complex.
