
The Stuart City Council will hold a special meeting tonight.
The Council will review the city’s operating budget dollars and payment of future debt obligations with Northland Public Finance representative Chip Shultz, the COPS Grant and hiring a fifth police officer for the Stuart Police Department with Mayor Dick Cook, and supplemental funding for the police department with Warren Varley. The meeting will begin at 5:30pm in Council Chambers at City Hall. For those unable to attend in person, there is a digital option available via the City’s YouTube page.
