June 18th

James Hendricks, Redfield, was riding a 4 wheeler at 1st Street and Jefferson St in Redfield when he was thrown from the vehicle.  He was taken to the doctor for evaluation of any injuries.  Damage to the 4 Wheeler was estimated at $300.

June 19th

Aaron Allen, Wilson, NC, was driving on G Ave when he struck a deer.  No injuries were reported and damage was estimated at $5500.  The vehicle was able to be driven away from the scene.

Adam Hay, age 51, 1312 Prairie, Adel, was arrested on a warrant for Failure To Appear.  The original charge was Violation Of Probation.

A criminal charge is merely an accusation, the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
