
Bluejays’ defense committed ten errors as they fell to Madrid Thursday 8-5 at Progressive Field.
Perry surrendered seven unearned runs in their loss to Madrid. The Bluejays out hit the Tigers seven to four. Owen Myers homered in the first for an early lead. Perry added two more in the second. Madrid scored in the final five innings to complete the comeback.
Geren Kenney and Owen Myers each had two hits and a run batted in.
Ian Fisher took the loss. The righty went four innings of four hit ball. He walked four batters while allowing three runs (one earned), and striking out three.
The Bluejays fall to 3-16. Perry is off until Tuesday, when they will host Carroll.
