The Jefferson City Council will meet tomorrow evening.

The meeting will start with a public hearing on the proposed sale of property at 105 North Walnut Street to Region XII Council of Governments for $100 for a rehabilitation project of the existing home. The Council will then consider approving the resolution following the hearing. The Council will also consider for approval the second reading of an ordinance to create Blight District within the Urban Renewal Plan and authorize the division of taxes. Next, the Council will consider for approval this year’s seal-coating and chip-sealing projects, and hear an update from the Greene County Development Corporation Interim Director Michelle Book.
