Perry softball is capitalizing with school being out for the summer.  Head Coach, Emma Olejniczak, is keeping the girls busy with numerous workouts through out the day.

“That extra layer of your time is really beneficial.  We’re typically going to practice in the morning.   The girls will go to our new strength and conditioning program.  Then, they have the afternoon to themselves and we do BP and then play at night and I think that’s really awesome that our girls can have that much time together so I think it’s overall we’ve seen the girls a lot less fatigued when they don’t have to go sit in class all day and then come compete at night.”

The first year head coach added she has used her “free time” to do more scouting without having to be in school all day.
