If Mother Nature cooperates, Perry baseball will take the diamond today. The Bluejays are set to welcome the Carroll Tigers to Progressive Field at 7:30P.
Perry looks to end a two game losing streak after finishing last week with losses to PCM and Madrid. The Bluejays won a fun one last year 8-7 in Perry. Both clubs sit below.500 before tonight’s non-conference match up.
Gabriel Beato-Amparo and Mason Hayes have been RBI machines with the duo combining for 30 runs batted in. Geren Kenney leads the club with a .452 average and .528 on base percentage. Owen Myers’ average continues to climb as the senior is now hitting .400.
Mason Stitz leads the Tiger attack with a .600 average and Stone Sibenaller has been a big contributor hitting .442.
First pitch is scheduled for 7:30 at Progressive Field, weather permitting.
