
The Panorama Panthers softball team would go to battle with the West Central Valley Wildcats in a high scoring contest as Panorama would come out on top in the end 13-12. Panorama softball advances to 5-14, and prepare to play host to the East Union Eagles and ACGC Chargers today.
Panorama would score two runs in the bottom of the first, five in the bottom of the second, one more in the third than five runs in the sixth to secure the one run victory. Lexi Galvan and Andrea Knode would do the pitching for Panorama, as Galvan would return in the sixth to close the game after being relived by Knode. Galvan would pitch for five and two thirds innings, allowing nine hits, six runs, and two strikeouts in the 13-12 victory.
Panorama would score 13 runs off of 11 hits and RBIs lead in hits by Emma Walker, Galvan, Leah Kastner, and Ava Thompson would all have two hits against the Wildcats. Kastner would end the night with four RBIs while Knode would bring in 3 Panthers in to score in the 13-12 victory.
Panorama softball has two games today at home against two different teams as Panorama faces off against the East Union Eagles at 5:30pm, then the ACGC Chargers at 7pm.
