The Adel-DeSoto-Minburn Baseball Team had their game in Winterset disrupted on Thursday, as it is set to resume today.

ADM Activities Rod Wiebers tells Raccoon Valley Radio that the Tigers and the Huskies got through three complete innings before the lightning suspended the game in the top of the 4th inning, as Winterset leads 4-2. So far, scoring the two runs for ADM are senior Jaxson Book and freshman Ben Grife, as one run was scored in both the first and second innings.

The Huskies are 10-10 on the season (4-5 inside the Raccoon River Conference) coming off a 5-4 loss to Ballard and the Tigers are 7-16 overall (2-9 RRC) picking up an exciting 4-1 victory over Carroll on Wednesday.

The game today will resume at 3pm at Winterset High School, 720 Husky Drive.
