June 26th

Matthew Hagen, age 42, 320 Barton St, Dexter, was issued a Summons To Appear for Disorderly Conduct.

Aquarius Rankin, age 23, 1200 11th St, West Des Moines, was arrested for Violation Of No Contact Order.

June 27th

Andrew Atkinson, Council Bluffs, was driving in the 17000 block of Hwy 169 when he hit a deer.  No injuries were reported and damage was estimated at $20000.  The vehicle was towed from the scene.

A criminal charge is merely an accusation, the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
