The Adel-DeSoto-Minburn Softball Team has earned the top seed for the section in the Class 4A regionals.

The Iowa Girls High School Athletic Union has awarded ADM the number one seed in the Class 4A Region 4 bracket, giving them a first round bye. Regionals begin on July 10th, but the Tigers won’t be until Saturday, July 12th against the winner of either MOC-Floyd Valley or Bishop Heelan. 

ADM is getting exceptional pitching from sophomore Makenna Pitlick and junior Lauren Hagedorn, plus bats getting hot as the Tigers have scored over 20 runs twice this season. ADM has a week and a half left of the regular season, before they attempt to make a run to return to the state tournament for the second year in a row.
