
The Dallas County Board of Supervisors will meet in regular session tomorrow.
The board will receive a construction update on the Secondary Roads Administration addition and a contingency review. The board then may look to take action on a pay application as well as a MidAmerican Energy Arc Flash and Indemnification Agreement.
Other items on the agenda seeking approval include a Guarantee Maximum Price (GMP) Amendment for the Courthouse renovation project, a GMP Amendment for the Evidence Storage and Firing Range, an Agrivia Drainage Watchman Services Proposal, a resolution for a precinct election officials pay rate, a resolution for a criminal court building public education review committee, and a Shred-It Contract revision.
Additional items up for approval feature a County Comprehensive Land Use, Zoning, and Building Code Workshop, set a time for a public hearing for an Emergency Medical Services Scheduling Software Agreement, a drainage district trustees meeting, and a possible closed session to discuss confidential records.
The meeting is taking place inside the Board of Supervisors Meeting Room, 800 Court Street, in Adel tomorrow morning at 9am.
