The Guthrie County Board of Supervisors will meet in regular session this morning.

The Board will consider for approval resolutions for County salaries and wages effective July 1st, authorizing the County Auditor to issue payroll checks, authorizing periodic fund transfers from the general supplemental fund to emergency management, and for authorizing the periodic transfer of funds from the rural services fund to the secondary roads fund. They will also consider for approval a 28E agreement for a Competitive Highway Bridge Program grant and a resolution in support of the joint Competitive Highway Bridge Program.

The Board will then consider for approval a tree removal request letter and roadside fence agreement, both regarding the Shelley Property right-of-way fence dispute in Penn Township. The next item on the agenda is a possible closed session regarding mediation with Lang Construction. Following the closed session the Board will return to open session, and hold a 2025 strategy and project planning discussion.
