Karagyn Whelchel got Perry on the board with an RBI double in the first as the Jayettes fell at Grand View Christian 12-1 on Monday.

Perry struck first as Karagyn Whelchel hit her fifth double on the season and drove in Taryn Nehring.  The game ended in 4 innings as Grand View Christian scored 12 unanswered runs.  The Jayettes managed just two hits.  The other hit came from Cate Erickson.

Tina Kanealy suffered the loss pitching three innings.

Perry falls to 6-9-1 (6-8).  The Jayettes host Urbandale tonight at 7P.  A game that will air on KDLS.
