Greenfield Chamber Main Street has partnered with many businesses to host a 4th of July celebration for the community.

According to Greenfield Chamber Main Street, the bulk of the events will take place on Friday, with an 8am Firecracker Fun Run at Lake Greenfield, followed by the parade at 10am. After the parade there will be activities with Ag4All, and kid’s fireman water fights, free inflatables, and several contests and games. The organization also mentions that there will be a juggling acrobat with Laura Ernst with Kinetic Entertainment, a juggling acrobat. Organizers say food vendors and local restaurants, along with local shops will also be open on Friday.

Additionally, at the Warren Cultural Center on Friday at 2pm will be the Cumberland Rose Players performing “100 Years of Celebrating Independence Day.”. The festivities will finish on Friday with a movie matinee at the Grand Theatre at 3pm. Then on Saturday, there will be a fireworks show over Lake Greenfield at dusk.
