The Perry City Council will meet in regular session on Monday.

The council is holding a public hearing on the proposed amendment to the City of Perry Zoning Ordinances, then another one to review the proposed contract documents and estimated costs for repair on phase one of the downtown improvements. The council will also hold the first reading for an ordinance amending the code for chapter 165 for zoning regulations.

Items on the agenda seeking approval include an acceptance of a contract number for the CDBG Upper Story Housing Conversion Grant, a resolution for an award for the downtown improvements phase one project, and a resolution to accept an Urban Renewal Loan Application. 

The meeting is open to the public and is taking place inside the Clarion Room of the Security Bank Building, 1102 Willis Avenue, in Perry at 6pm on Monday. A virtual option is available by clicking here.
