Football season is less than 100 days away for the West Central Valley Wildcat football as kick off for the season opener against the Nodaway Valley Wolverines on Friday, August 29th in Greenfield. The Wildcat high school team is taking advantage of the time, doing summer workouts in the morning.

Open fields have begun for the WCV high school football teams with the Wildcats meeting every Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 9am-10am. The open fields will be held at the WCV football stadium every other weekday, giving Wildcat athletes a chance to begin getting in shape for football even if they may be involved in other sports or activities.

Wildcat football is less than 100 days away with the season opener scheduled in Nodaway Valley on August 29th.
