After the first round regional victory, coach Galvan expressed his pride in the Panther girls stating,
“What a job by our girls tonight being resilient and getting the job done. Down 5-0 bottom in the of second and scored ten runs with two outs to take the lead. They showed some grit and toughness as Colfax punched back and then took control of the game winning in the bottom of the fourth by scoring 9 runs. Awesome how this team has come together these last three games bringing the energy and strong mental focus and playing hard for each other. Proud coach right here.”
Now at 9-21, Panorama will travel to East Marshall High School to face off against the East Marshall Mustangs on Wednesday. First pitch is scheduled for 7pm.
