On Monday, Colton Lindsay would have a stellar day at the plate helping push the West Central Valley baseball team to the next round of regional play defeating Nodaway Valley 11-1. The Wildcats travel to Tri-Center Community Schools on Tuesday, to face off against Tri-Center in the substate 8 quarterfinals.

Lindsay would end the night going 3-4 from the batters box with two RBIs and coming in to score twice hitting two doubles against the Wolverines. Lindsay and Zach Teague would both pitch for three innings, with Teague getting the starting nod allowing only one hit, one run, one error, and three strikeouts. Lindsay would end the night pitching for three innings with four strikeouts.

Lindsay, Teague and the remaining Wildcat baseball team prepare for the quarterfinals today, traveling to Tri-Center Community Schools to face off against the Tri-Center Trojans. First pitch of quarterfinals play off baseball is scheduled for 7pm.
