
On Tuesday, the West Central Valley Wildcats baseball team traveled to Tri-Center Community Schools to face off against the Trojans. The Wildcats would do well defensively but would not be able to find their groove offensively, falling to the Trojans 3-0.
The Wildcats would use two pitchers against the Trojans, with Colton Lindsay getting the starting nod, pitching for 4.2 innings, allowing four hits, three runs and six strikeouts. Partlow would close out the game, pitching for 1.1 innings allowing one hit and punching out three Trojans. The Wildcats would only record one hit against Tri-Center, as Jarel Madison would hit a double in the top of the seventh.
The Wildcat baseball season comes to an end the in the quarterfinals as WCV finishes the season with a 8-19-1 record.
