Anthony Stoik, Clive, was driving on I80 near the 100 mile marker, when he lost control due to an unknown reason and went into the median.  He struck several cable barriers before his car came to rest in the median.  No injuries were reported and the car was towed from the scene.  His car had an estimated $30000 damage.

Mark Gooden, Lincoln, NE, was exiting I80 at the 100 mile marker when his motorcycle left the road and went down an embankment.  Mr. Gooden was taken to the hospital for evaluation of any injuries.  Damage was estimated at $20000.

Brooklynn Epley, age 20, 105 N. School St, Linden, was arrested for Domestic Abuse Assault.

Nicomedes Aviles, age 41, 8510 Rainbow Ave, Denver, Co, was arrested for Operating While Under The Influence, two counts of Possession Of Controlled Substance, Possession Of Drug Paraphernalia.  He was also cited for No Valid Drivers License.

Jonathan Baldwin, age 38, 420 S. 4th St, Burlington, was arrested for two counts of Possession Of Controlled Substance, Control Of Firearm By Felon and Possession Of Drug Paraphernalia.

Pablo Rodrguez, age 51, 7066 Andrews Ter, Panora, was arrested on a warrant for Violated Probation Terms.

Wai Kur Akon Mac, age 28, 1125 SE Olson Drive, Waukee, was arrested on a warrant for Violated Probation Terms.

Andrew McGregory, age 40, 1525 E 19th St, Des Moines, was arrested on a warrant for Failure To Appear.  The original charge was Driving While License Denied Or Revoked.

July 10th

Ronice Steeve, age 40, 1824 Warford St, Perry, was arrested on a warrant for Failure To Appear.  The original charge was Failure To Stop In Assured Clear Distance.

A criminal charge is merely an accusation, the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
