Day three of the Adair County Fair is tomorrow.
Adair County Iowa State University Extension and Outreach Youth Coordinator Caroline Savage says that the market lamb feeder pen, market and breeding sheep show begins at 8:30am in the MidAmerican Arena, with the parent showmanship version to follow, then from 9-11am there will be a senior / veteran’s day event at the 4-H/FFA Center. She explains that the dog agility show and meat goat show begins at 11am, with the goat parent showmanship to follow.
Savage mentions that the bucket/bottle calf and bottle lamb and goat exhibitor interviews begin at noon, with a lady bug make and take in the Varied Industries Building at 1pm. She adds that there will be a donut hole eating contest at 5:30pm, and that the night’s grandstand event is Impact Pro Wrestling from 7-9pm, with live music from Jesse and the Medicine Men from 9pm to midnight to end the day’s festivities.
