Wednesday, July 9th

3:02pm: A deputy investigated a scam in the 2300 block of V Avenue.

4:02pm: The Greene County Sheriff’s Office conducted a search warrant at 13162 Bittersweet Road, Woodward. The Dallas County Sheriff’s Office assisted with the search warrant. A stolen vehicle, stolen property, and suspected controlled substances were seized. Cody Roth 37 of Woodward and David Lehman 48 of Des Moines were arrested for burglary 3rd degree and theft 1st degree for crimes committed in Greene County.

4:52pm: A deputy responded to a reported train engine on fire near Kirkwood Avenue. When the train stopped the fire was extinguished by Union Pacific personnel.

6:05pm: A deputy arrested Brett Roberts 32 of Grand Junction for driving while barred.

6:40pm: Brett Roberts 32 of Grand Junction was booked into the jail for driving while barred.

8:41pm: A deputy assisted a motorist on 220th Street near North 9th Street, Grand Junction. 9:39pm: Cody Roth 37 of Woodward was booked into the jail for burglary in the 3rd degree and theft 1st degree.

10:13pm: David Lehman 48 of Des Moines was booked into the jail for burglary 3rd degree and theft 1st degree.

11:14pm: Christina King 48 of Jefferson was booked into the jail for an out of county arrest warrant.

In all cases when a defendant has been charged, this is merely an accusation, and all defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
