The Panora Chamber of Commerce is holding its monthly meeting on July 22nd, and will be running things a little differently this month.

Chamber Coordinator Erica Matthies says that they will be having a Chamber Chill and Chat that will take the place of their usual meeting, and be held in the evening instead of over the lunch hour. She tells Raccoon Valley Radio more about the event.

“It will be much more laid back and relaxed as far as the meeting goes. We will kind of discuss a few things as far as volunteer opportunities for our upcoming Panorama Days event. That’s really taking the bulk of our time right now, planning that and getting everything arranged. So that will be discussed a little bit at that meeting, but mostly it will just be more of us networking and social event.”

Matthies mentions that one of the members of the Chamber wanted to host a social event like this, and asked to do so for one of the group’s meetings. The Chill and Chat will be held at Boulder Beach, and begin at 5pm.
