On Friday, the Dallas Center-Grimes Mustangs baseball team travel to Iowa Western Community College in Council Bluffs to face off against the Lewis Central Titans for the first round of regional baseball action. First pitch is scheduled for 7pm in win or go home baseball action.

Cross Bandy and Taitn Gray look to continue to lead the Mustangs offensively as Bandy leads the team in hits with 40 while Gray leads the team in RBIs with 38. DCG looks to carry the momentum from Monday night’s come back victory against the Johnston Dragons, coming back to defeat Johnston 12-10. With the regular season ending on Monday against the Dragons, the Mustang bullpen has had time to rest and prepare, as Connor Stolpe, Brady Smith, Lincoln Harris and Bandy should all be ready to step on the mound for DCG.
