Postseason starts today for the Adel-DeSoto-Minburn Baseball Team, as they’ll hit the road to Oskaloosa in hopes for a run to the state tournament.

The Tigers concluded the 2025 regular season with a record of 9-22, out of the Raccoon River Conference, as they earned wins versus Harlan Community, Creston (twice), Perry, Bondurant-Farrar, Glenwood, Carroll, Gilbert, and Ogden. The Indians finished 16-12 on the year, representing the Little Hawkeye Conference. ADM sophomore Alex Jensen is leading the team with 36 hits, along with 25 runs scored, 11 RBIs, and 31 stolen bases. Oskaloosa junior Jake North has 31 hits, with 22 runs scored, 12 RBIs, and 24 stolen bases.

This will only be the third matchup between the Tigers and Indians, with ADM leading the historical series 2-0, but the last game between the two schools was back in 2013. Tonight’s game will be held at Oskaloosa High School, 1816 North 3rd Street, starting at 7pm, with Raccoon Valley Radio broadcasting on K107.9 KKRF at 6:45pm.
