July 11th

David Huling, Perry, was traveling on Hwy 169 at Redfield, when he left the roadway and struck a power pole and then a building.  He was transported to the hospital for evaluation of any injuries.  Damage to the vehicle was estimated at $20000.  Damage to the power pole and building was estimated at $6000.  The vehicle was towed from the scene.

July 12th

Tanya Ruden, Urbandale, was traveling on Hwy 141 near 150th St, when she hit a deer.  No injuries were reported and damage was estimated at $5000.  The vehicle was driven home.

Alicia Walrod, age 41, 660 SE Jonas Cir, Waukee, was arrested for Operating While Under The Influence.  She was also cited for Speeding and Failure To Dim Headlights.

Emma Lou Mulder, age 32, 2024 Clover Ave, Perry, was arrested on a warrant for Failure To Appear.  The original charge was Possession Of Drug Paraphernalia.

July 13th

Curtis Vanseggern, Lincoln , NE, was traveling on I80 near the 114 mile marker when he hit a deer.  No injuries were reported and damage was estimated at $7500.  The vehicle was towed from the scene.

A criminal charge is merely an accusation, the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
