All phases of the game improved in 2025 vs. last season for the Greene County High School softball team, and today we look at some individual offensive numbers. The Rams were 16-12, far better than the 4-20 record of 2024.

The team batting average of .330 was  led by senior Payton Kokenge at .427. The leadoff batter for Coach Tom Kennedy was a left-handed slap hitter who had a .449 on base percentage. Her 29 runs scored also led the team. Junior Kaycee Pittman, also a left-handed slapper, batted .408 with a .444 on-base percentage. Junior Becca Anderson had a .386 BA with a team leading 23 runs batted into go with two home runs, two triples, and six doubles. Sophomore Bellah Johnson hit .381 with a .435 on-base percentage. Johnson knocked in 22 runs. Next in average at .374 was sophomore Sara Morlan. Her on-base percentage was .418 with five doubles and a triple. Just missing the .300 mark was sophomore Makenna Ebersole at .298 with an on-base percentage of .337. Ebersole had a team leading three homers to go with a triple and four doubles, and she knocked in 21 runs.
