The Perry City Council will meet in regular session on Monday.

The council will hear a presentation from members of the Perry Hospitality Incorporated, which is Hotel Pattee’s management company. The council will also hold the second and possibly the third reading for an ordinance amending the code for chapter 165 on zoning regulations. 

Items on the agenda seeking approval include a resolution to set a date for a public hearing on designation of the expanded Perry Urban Renewal Area and on Urban Renewal Plan Amendment, a resolution to authorize the termination of an agreement for professional services with ACCU Jet, a resolution to authorize the solicitation of a request for qualifications for a sewer cleaning and inspections contractor, and a resolution readdressing a parcel.
