Parker Richmann, age 23, 8505 E. Alameda Ave, Denver, CO, was arrested for Possession Of Controlled Substance and Possession Of Drug Paraphernalia.

July 21st

Timithy Parks, age 36, 27720 Sportsmans Club Rd, Adel, was arrested for Possession Of Drug Paraphernalia and Possession Of Controlled Substance.  He was also arrested on a warrant for Failure To Appear.  The original charge was Violation Of Probation.

Tyler Kinkade, age 32, 1224 Eastern Ave, Davenport, was arrested on a warrant for Failure To Appear for a Show Cause Hearing.

William Davis, Jamaica, was traveling in the 17000 block of Hwy 141 when he slowed for a crew painting the center lines of the highway.  A vehicle driven by Lorelai Roff, Perry, did not slow down and collided with the back of Mr. Davis’s car.  Ms. Roff was checked on scene for any injuries but was not transported.  Damage to Mr. Davis car was estimated at $15000.  Damage to Ms. Roff’s car was estimated at $12000.  Both vehicles were towed from the scene.  Ms. Roff was cited for Failure To Stop In Assured Clear Distance.

Amanda Dunbar, age 45, 22980 141st Drive, Bouton, was issued a summons to appear for two counts of Animal Neglect.

Scott Embree, age 42, 28657 280th St, Waukee, was arrested for Driving While Barred.

A criminal charge is merely an accusation, the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
