Adair County Iowa State University Extension and Outreach will be holding an event for 4-H’ers that participated in the 2025 Adair County Fair this year.

Youth Coordinator Caroline Savage says that their annual Performance Dinner is on this coming Thursday, and will be a celebration for some of the 4-H members in Adair County. She tells Raccoon Valley Radio which members will be able to attend, and what the event entails.

“That’ll be for a beef, sheep, swine performance individual. So those that get the carcass ultrasound done at the fair. Great time to socialize, see how everybody did and just kind of relax after the fair.”

Savage mentions that the dinner will be at the 4-H/FFA Center on the Adair County Fairgrounds, and will begin at 6pm.
