As the season ended for the Adel-DeSoto-Minburn Baseball Team in mid-July, we review the year it was for junior Leyton Gerleman.

Gerleman appeared in 27 of the 32 games for the Tigers this season, stepping up to the plate 80 times, scoring 15 runs off 26 hits. He had 22 singles, 2 doubles, 1 triple, a single home run, and 8 RBIs. Gerleman was second on ADM in stolen bases with 16 out of 20 attempts, and defensively he tallied 6 assists and 20 putouts. He will try to lead the Tigers for his senior year during the 2026 season. ADM concluded the 2025 year with an overall record of 9-23, finishing 3-13 inside the Raccoon River Conference.
