The Adair – Casey / Guthrie Center Booster Club is holding their annual fundraiser today.

Member Randy Carney shares that the Legends Golf Tournament begins this morning at the Guthrie Center Golf Course, so registered teams will need to be there ready to play. He adds that later tonight there will be a dinner for golfers and supporters of the school to attend at the Events Center on the Guthrie County Fairgrounds, allowing attendees to enjoy a meal of pork carnita, gourmet mac, baked beans and a dessert for $30.

Doors open at 4pm for the meal, with food served at 5pm. There will also be a live auction beginning at 6:30pm and silent auction ending at 6:45pm. Some auction items include a football autographed by Iowa State University Head Football Coach Matt Campbell, autographed pictures and apparel from the Minnesota Vikings, tickets to the Kansas City and Omaha Henry Doorly zoos, Iowa State Fair tickets and much more. Once everything wraps up at the Event Center, attendees are invited to head over to a concert put on by the Guthrie County Fair Board, which will have a fee of $10. Concert entertainment includes live music by Laura Bryna at 7pm, Jason Pritchett at 8pm and Aiden Flathers at 9:30pm.
