Guthrie County 4-H and FFA members are reminded of an important deadline coming up.

Guthrie County Iowa State University Extension and Outreach Youth Coordinator Rachel Muir says that August 1st is when all registration for the Guthrie County Fair must be turned in. She adds that registration and identification for animals by individuals wanting to compete this year was done in June, but the actual registration for this year’s Guthrie County Fair is due at the start of August since the fair is over Labor Day Weekend. If individuals need assistance with turning in or filing their registration, Muir is able to help.
