July 25th

Kenneth Needham, age 20, 355 88th St, West Des Moines, was arrested on a warrant for Failure To Appear.  The original charge was Driving While License Under Suspension.

Rickey Meneweather III, age 23, 5801 SE 24th St, Des Moines, was arrested on a warrant for Violation Of No Contact Order.

July 26th

Curtis Milburn, 29147 240th St, Dallas Center, was arrested for Operating While Under The Influence.

July 27th

Justin Welch, age 40, 1005 Herold Ave, Des Moines, was arrested for Driving While License Denied Or Revoked and Driving While License Under Suspension.

Rachel Peters, age 35, 1001 Timber Brook Ave, Booneville, was arrested for Operating While Under The Influence.  She was also cited for speeding.

Tessa Fisher-Kern, Perry, was driving in the 17000 block of Hwy 141 when she hit a deer.  No injuries were reported and damage was estimated at $2000.  She drove the vehicle from the scene.

A criminal charge is merely an accusation, the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
